About us

Rendercon initially opened in Sydney Australia, led by Joshua Andersen. Coming from a third generation background in contracting and business, it was inevitable that Joshua would end up running his own contracting firm, doing what he loves. After successfully delivering the exterior system of the UTS building in Thomas Street Sydney ($120 million build) and working closely with BVN and Durbcah Block Jagger architects, Rendercon quickly gained the respect of the Sydney market.

Josh went on to delivering projects such as the Sydney Perth Airport acoustic ceiling, Jupiters Casino acoustic ceiling, management and installation of the facade system of the Bondi Gould/Hall Street apartment building; and the rain screen and seamless cantilevered soffit show pieces along the front of the Darling Harbour Events center.

Joshua returned to his hometown of Wellington, building on the success of what Rendercon had achieved abroad.

Joining forces with Sean Andersen – fellow director of Rendercon Ltd – who has run a numerous range of large successful contracts in Wellington over the last 20 years, the Rendercon family have banded together with the vision of creating the most elite building maintenance company the industry has seen.

Rendercon have countless projects within Wellington that are testimony to what they can achieve and deliver.

It is the unwavering aspiration of Rendercon and all involved in the company to deliver projects to clients well above and beyond expectations, with a level of service that is unrivaled within the building maintenance industry.
