They provided a tailored, mid-term solution involving corrosion treatment, protective coatings, StoFlex bandage flashings, and a full roof repaint. The project was completed to an exceptional quality standard with an outstanding attention to detail. They used a very large crew to get the project well ahead of schedule to ensure the timeframe did not blow out. It also transpired that Josh had very carefully considered every possible requirement and had included for some items that had not been captured in the tender documents, so there were no variations to the contract. This makes for very easy contract administration.
